Shapes and Forms

 Shapes:

The Shape is defined as a two-dimensional area that stands out from the space next to it or around it due to a defined boundary. Shapes are recognizable objects because of differences of values in both spaces, Color, Texture, etc.

Forms:

The Form can refer to a three-dimensional composition, these are the 3D equivalents of shapes. Forms can possess measurements of height, width, and depth. Forms are defined by light and dark, It can be defined by the presence of shadows on surfaces or faces of an object.
